Australian-turned-California girl Prue Jeffries was only
seventeen years old when she hopped on a plane in her
hometown of Sydney and took off for the ASP Women's WQS
pro surfing tour. That was over ten years ago, and she hasn't
looked back yet. The beautiful, blonde goofy foot from Bondi
Beach spent nearly a decade circling the globe for surf
competitions and photo shoots, and eventually made her
way to the top of the game when she earned a highly
coveted spot on the ASP Women's WCT-a contest circuit
comprised of the top 16 women surfers in the world. After
many successful years as a professional competitive
surfer, Prue left her life as globe trotting gypsy to settle down
in California and concentrate on another passion: the healing
arts. Prue lives in Encinitas where she divides her time
between surfing, friends and coaching with Fulcrum Surf.
